I accidentally forgot to include the ring size I needed, but they responded back to me within an hour of messaging them. They made sure to get the correct size for me. There was lots of communication on their end on the updates of what was happening with the ring and when it was ready. It came weeks before it originally said it would! The ring was even better in person than it was in the pics. Everything was so amazing!! Definitely recommend
