They answered my messages quickly. Great qualityAbsolutely breathtaking as the first one is. The product isn’t really the reason I’d highly recommend this seller. Their communication is exceptionally thorough, considerate, and clearly takes pride in the work they do. Initially, I was asked how soon I needed the ring. Knowing nothing about jewelry but having a proposal date set, I said two weeks. They delivered. The ring arrived on time, and looked exactly as described in the pictures. After the proposal, my fiancé noticed an almost imperceptible blemish on the stone. A cut along the upper edge. Our photographer’s pics were clear enough that we could indeed zoom in to see the damage was present in the ring box as well. I contacted the seller asking about repair policies. Even with the overseas distance, they managed to offer me a repair policy that wouldn’t take weeks and weeks to accomplish. Followed up swiftly
