Asiley coupon codes are subject to expire without notice. Asiley will not accept expired coupons codes even if they are linked from third party sites. Coupons will not be applied to bundled items or premium gifts or special items. Coupons may not be applied to sale items and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Asiley.com makes every effort to ensure that all information on our site is complete and accurate. Some products may appear smaller or larger than their actual size in the pictures on asiley.com. Also every computer monitor is set differently, thus colors and sizes may slightly vary, based on the computer you are using. As it is difficult to know the exact total carat weight of some stones, we state that the total carat weight of any product may vary by 0.05 from the stated weight. For gemstone and pearl measurements, the measurement might vary by 0.25mm.
Measurements are also approximate as it is impossible to make all jewelry to end up with the same exact measurements.

If the silver products are damaged or corroded caused by collisions or friction with hard objects, wearing the silver jewelry when bathing or hot springs etc, we are not responsible for any losses. And the behaviors mentioned above will not be protected by our 60 days return policy.
If parcels get lost due to the wrong shipping address provided by customers, we will not burden any losses. Under this condition, a refund will not be available.
